In 1987, ProActive Services was established in Australia with the aim of helping IT service providers to deliver quality, cost-effective services aligned to business needs.
Since then, we have become Australia's leading supplier of IT Service Management (ITSM) training and consultancy based on the best practice defined in the IT Infrastructure Library, and in the international standard for IT Service Management (ISO/IEC 20000).
With strong followings in the UK, Europe, the US, Australia and elsewhere around the world, ITIL has been adopted by a multitude of IT service providers for deployment in many public and private sector enterprises. ProActive is the leader in the ITSM field - it is our single focus.
ProActive were responsible for introducing ITIL into Australasia. We are the region's longest serving ITIL training provider and have trained in excess of 27,000 students.
