In 1987, ProActive Services was established in Australia with the aim of helping IT service providers to deliver quality, cost-effective services aligned to business needs.
Since then, we have become Australia's leading supplier of IT Service Management (ITSM) training and consultancy based on the best practice defined in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), the basis of ISO/IEC 20000, the international standard for IT Service Management.
ProActive were responsible for introducing ITIL into Australia. In addition to our consultancy services, we are Australia's longest serving ITIL training provider and have trained in excess of 22,000 students in IT Service Management. Our highly regarded consultants all hold the Managers Certificate in ITSM amongst other Manager's qualifications (including the ITIL Expert in V3!), and have many years experience as ITSM practitioners.
Our Implementation framework, BasePlan, ensures that the benefits of implementing ITSM will be realised in the most cost-effective and timely manner.
Whilst independent of vendors, ProActive has good relations with the major tools vendors. Our independence ensures you receive an accurate assessment of your ITSM opportunities and free up your own internal resources to address other critical projects.
