ITIL 2011 Summary of Updates
The ITIL Official Site offers an excellent overview of the changes in the ITIL® books, which can be found by clicking on www.itil-officialsite.com - and click on the link called: 'ITIL 2011: Summary of Updates' on the right hand side of the page. You can then open or save the 8 page pdf file.
