The packages

Catering to the individual and organisation, the following packages are designed to ensure you and your organisation receive maximum benefit from training investment:

1. Multiple Course Discount package:  Book a V3 Foundation or Foundation Bridge course plus one or multiple Intermediate Capabilities courses, and you will receive 12.5% off the total cost.* If your organisation has a number of colleagues who are looking to commence their ITIL journey, this is a rare opportunity to undertake Foundation and Intermediate training at such a preferential rate, so book before the 31st July to avoid missing out.

Important note for V2 Foundation holders: For V2 Foundation holders interested in undertaking the Foundation Bridge course, please be aware that there is only one more course scheduled; Sydney 7-8 October, before its removal in December this year. If you do not attend a Foundation Bridge course before December, your only option to achieve V3 Foundation certification will be the 3 day course (ProActive’s Bridge course is only 1.5 days).

2. Consultant Expertise package:   Many individuals undertake training to gain the relevant knowledge to help assist with specific projects or initiatives back in the workplace. If you have completed a course with ProActive, we are offering you 3 days consulting at a discounted rate** to help you turn your newly found knowledge into new capability and results. An example of what we could do in three days, is to help you build a Technical Service Catalogue. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

3. Pass your Intermediate Exam package:  To assist you to achieve a successful result first time on your Capabilities exam, we are giving all individuals that book on a Capabilities course the ‘Passing your ITIL Intermediate Exams’ book published by the OGC valued at $75.*** This book is a valuable reference to students studying for Capabilities exams, and contains preparation advice, common syllabus topics, self assessment and sample exam questions.
