BCS Partners with ProActive to deliver SFIAplus Products in Australia and New Zealand
BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, is pleased to announce a new partnership with ProActive Services Pty Ltd which will see SFIAplus products and services delivered to IT professionals in Australia and New Zealand. This latest agreement is part of a strategy by the Institute to further extend its reach to IT professionals across the globe.
This latest international partnership follows similar successful arrangements, including an agreement with iSQI, a leading certifier in the field of software quality which will see BCS qualifications being translated into German and Spanish.
Michiel van der Voort, International Director at BCS, explains: “IT is a global profession and we are therefore keen to promote and enable professionalism to IT practitioners wherever they work. This latest agreement will help to set SFIAplus as an international standard.”
ProActive Services, a long established ITIL services company and a BCS-accredited training organisation, will extend its services to include skills capabilities analysis using SFIAplus as an IT skills and competency framework. In addition, as a reseller, ProActive Services will offer SFIAplus to Australasian organisations, backed up by suitable consultancy and support services. ProActive is the largest accredited provider of BCS Service Management qualifications outside the UK.
