This one-day course is designed for V1/V2 Foundation Certificate holders to upgrade their certification to V3. This is a mandatory certification should students wish to undertake advanced V3 training as it becomes available. Students will need to re-familiarise themselves with the V2 concepts prior to attending this course. Now included in the Public Course price is "The Official Introduction to the ITIL Service Lifecycle" book, published by the ISEB!!
This course leads to the Foundation Certificate in Version 2 of ITIL. This is the pre-requisite for any advanced training currently on offer. Students completing the V2 course can elect to complete the Foundation Bridging Course to upgrade certification from V2 to V3.
