Call for Papers - ITIL in the Real World
Following from the success of previous ITIL in the Real World conferences held in Wellington, we are pleased to announce that, in addition to our regular Wellington conference, we will be holding a similar event in Sydney next year! The Sydney conference will be held late May, and Wellington will be held in August.
The theme of the conference is "Real World" case studies - an opportunity for real users / implementers to tell their ITSM stories, good or bad and to network with like minded professionals.
As a speaker, you can be an integral part of this day. Your paper should be targeted towards a variety of audiences, from people new to the field, through to established professionals.
As a speaker, you will have 30 minutes to present followed by 10 minutes of question time. This could be focussed on your organisation's experiences with ITIL how ITIL is working with other methodologies or frameworks or a more technically focused, more specific look at an ITIL discipline.
Free Registration: All speakers will receive a free registration to attend the day!
