Service Management Consultants / Trainers

You will need to be able to work as a consultant and a trainer, and any business development skills would be a bonus

You will possess the ITIL® Manager's Certificate or Expert Certificate and be able to demonstrate practical experience in ITSM and the application of best practice as per ITIL.
