Certification and Accreditations
ProActive are accredited by
the UK-based Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB). The
accreditation process involves the scrutiny of all aspects of ITIL-based
courses. The purpose is to assure the relevant ISEB Subject Board that a
training provider has the ability to teach the appropriate syllabus material
using competent staff, good materials and an appropriate teaching
environment. The
ISEB conduct reviews on a 3-year cycle. As part of this review, they confirm
that all course tutors have demonstrable knowledge in the relevant subject
and that all trainers themselves hold the Certificate/Diploma that they teach. ProActive
are also accredited to teach ISO"IEC 20000 courses by the UK-based IT Service
Management Forum (itSMF). ProActive
are also offical licencees of CobiT content for training purposes, licenced
by ISACA Finally,
