Coaching and Mentoring

ProActive provides coaching and mentoring to assist in any Service Improvement initiative. The services are available on demand subject to suitable notice being given. The service can be used to help resolve implementation roadblocks, or to boost project resources.Where a ProActive-led project is not needed the client can still benefit from ProActive's considerable expertise.

ProActive’s consultants have wide experience in the implementation of Service Improvement Programmes and will provide suitable advice and guidance based on your requirement. If further specialist advice is required from other ProActive resources, the consultant will manage that activity transparently and written advice will be provided where pertinent.

Where the above service is based on a pre-paid agreement, ProActive will keep you regularly informed as to how many days have been used and how many are left.

Buying a certain number of days consulting of this type as part of a pre-paid service makes it easier for the client to get help as and when needed, as the administrative work has been completed already.

Pre-paid agreements also attract a discount that makes the service more cost-effective.
