This diagram above outlines the range of services offered by ProActive Services. We have an establised track record helping organisations implement ITIL at various levels using our 'BasePlan' consultancy framework in conjunction with a structured approach to ITIL, KCS and CobiT Training.

The education component is outlined in green and outlines our ability to provide not only in-house and public courses, but also provide Education Programmes. The Education Programme is a comprehensive approach to analysing the capability of your team to provide exceptional customer service and increase efficiency and effectiveness. We have also extended our services to include skills capabilities analysis using SFIAplus, from the British Computer Society (BCS).

Training also plays a major role in any cultural change programme. To this end, ProActive offer a Management of Organisational Change service to help organisations 'internalise' Service Management and reduce the time for ROI.

In addition to our training, we have an array of consulting services focused on service management. All our consulting services align to our BasePlan methodology, which has successfully helped organisations across Australia and New Zealand for many years.

Our Strategy Generation and Portfolio Management Services focus on helping organisations build a service management strategy, and link this with the business.

The Service Management Implementation services help organisations to implement the ITIL v3 Service Management lifecycle, and includes process maturity assessments (including a Self Assessment tool), process design workshops, tool assessments, process consulting.

The Supplier Integration service helps organisations to get the most out of their suppliers.

Organisations may choose to implement a Service Management Office (SMO). This is a shared service responsible for the integration, promotion and delivery of good (or best) practice, and provides the required interface between IT and external service providers. For any organisation looking to use multiple suppliers within their service delivery framework, then these services can add a great amount of value.

Lastly, to assist clients with their Continued Service Improvements (CSI), we offer a number of ProActive Partnerships.
