ITIL® Foundation

ProActive’s course format ensures that students get maximum benefit from the three days of training:

  • Students benefit from peer group discussion
  • Each student will receive a copy of the ‘ITIL® Foundation Handbook’, published by the OGC
  • Course size is limited to 16 students
  • All students receive a pre-course study guide electronically to help get the most out of the training investment
  • There are no prerequisites for this course, however practical IT Service Management experience would be an advantage.
  • Assessment takes place at the end of the course and is a 1-hour multiple choice examination.
  • It leads to international ITIL® 'Foundation' level Certification from the UK-based Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB).
  • This course is suitable for staff of all levels and forms the entrance criteria for Intermediate level Certification such as the ITIL® Service Lifecycle and Capabilities Modules. Each course accrues credits towards the achievement of the ITIL® Expert. It is designed for all staff involved with the delivery of IT services, as well as key IT customers, as it provides students with an overview of the entire Service Lifecycle.
