ProActive is probably most well known for quality training courses after introducing ITIL to Australia way back in 1996.

Since that time, our approach to Education and Training is relatively unchanged, in that we see Education as a key part of any Service Improvement Initiative, and our objective is still to provide a quality experience for each and every student attending a ProActive course.

What has changed, however, is our depth and breadth of courses, and the different approaches to education we now take.

ProActive’s Premium Onsite Booking Service ensures that you achieve the overall benefit of onsite pricing and the flexibility of public course bookings. The service allows all business divisions to access ProActive’s quality training at the most economic rates. The comprehensive service provides the following Inclusions:

  • Easy to Use Booking Service

Online and telephone booking services are available to ensure ease of booking. ProActive can track expressions of interest until critical numbers of employee attendees are met. This service allows customers to take advantage of onsite pricing (at substantially reduced rates) This can provide savings of up to 50%, as compared to public course fees.

  • Training Investment Maximisation Guarantee

On receiving multiple training bookings from either internal IT or in the case of large organisations with multiple divisions spread across multiple sites, ProActive will ensure that your employees receive ProActive’s Preferential Price for premium service customers.

  • ITIL Consultation’s Advice Line 

Telephone and email access to ProActive’s Experienced ITIL Consultants for the purposes of mapping a Service Management education path appropriate to individuals or to particular roles.

  • Full administrative support

Training co-ordination, venue bookings, individual invoicing as required, and issuing of course confirmation and joining instructions.

  • Account Management 

An experienced account manager is allocated to premium customers to manage any queries.

  • Monthly Training Planning Meeting

A monthly review with ProActive’s Training Administration Manager will monitor training requirements ensuring timely delivery of required training.

  • Monthly Reporting of Training outcomes

A Monthly Training Report including training booked, results summary will be issued.

ProActive’s experienced team will provide a quality administration service thus freeing up your personnel to return to their normal daily tasks.

Our experienced administration team will work with you to schedule relevant ITIL courses at appropriate time intervals and then monitor subscription to these courses across multiple business divisions via a portal.

Your Management and Learning and Development approval processes will be followed to ensure that training budgets are adhered to.

There are many different approaches to education, not just through formal certification courses as outlined above. Many organisations want a more tailored training experience, which can involve:
