If version 3 rolls all of the different bits of the ITIL content into the new 5 books, what will happen to the processes in Infrastructure Management, and particular what will happen to the Operations processes such as Event Management and the Operations Bridge. I've only just realised how important they are and now I'm wondering what will happen with them in the new version. When can we find out what has happended? |
