ProActive currently hold ISO 9001: 2000 certification and have done so
since August 2003.
The accreditation process involves the scrutiny of all aspects all
ITIL-based courses. The purpose is to assure the relevant ISEB Subject
Board that a training provider has the ability to teach the appropriate
syllabus material using competent staff, good materials and an
appropriate teaching environment.
The ISEB conduct reviews on a 3-year cycle. As part of this review, they
confirm that all course tutors have demonstrable knowledge in the
relevant subject and that all trainers themselves hold the
Certificate/Diploma that they teach.
