ProActive holds first ISO20000 training course in Australia

ProActive are pleased to announce that the very first ISO20000 training course for Consultants in Australia commenced today. Run by Colin Rudd of UK-based IT Enterprise Management Systems, 9 students are in attendance for the 3-day Certificate course.

Colin Rudd has been at the forefront of training and certification for BS15000, now ISO20000 and is currently Chair of the BS15000 Certification Management Board.

ProActive also ran a series of events in Melbourne at the start of the week on the ISO20000 standard plus there was a session on ICT Infrastructure Management. Both were extremely well received by the attendees, to the point where ProActive are looking forward to Colin's next visit and scheduling further events and training on the ISO standard. We will be announcing our schedule of ISO20000 Consultant courses in the near future.
