Our People

ProActive consultants are highly skilled business process analysts with extensive practical ITIL experience combined with in-depth knowledge of ITIL guidelines. All consultants have many years practical, hands-on experience of ITIL implementation in organisations throughout Australia, New Zealand and internationally.

They all hold the highest level of accreditation in IT Service Management, the “V3 ITIL Expert” with many consultants laying claim to a number of other qualifications, including CobiT, Prince2, Software Asset Management, and KCS. In fact, 3 of our consultants are the only KCS v4 verified trainers in the Australasian region! One of our consultants is also an ISEB examiner.

More specifically they have:

• a thorough knowledge of ITIL processes;
• extensive knowledge and experience of industry standards and practices in these processes;
• considerable knowledge and understanding of a range of the leading IT software solutions for these processes;
• extensive knowledge of how the processes ultimately translate into IT system work practices;
• the skills and maturity to play a facilitating and influencing role at all levels.
