ProActive consultants are highly skilled business process analysts with
extensive practical service management experience combined with in-depth
knowledge of ITIL guidelines. All consultants have practical, hands-on
experience of ITIL implementation in both Australian and international
organisations. They all hold the highest level of accreditation in IT
Service Management, “The Manager’s Certificate”.
Our consultants include the Australian representative of the itSMF’s
international publications committee, an ISEB examiner, and an ITIL
author. ProActive’s consultants were also chosen to be part of the
international QA board for the recently revised Service Support and
Service Delivery books. More specifically they have:
- a thorough knowledge of ITIL processes;
- extensive knowledge and experience of industry standards and
practices in these processes;
- considerable knowledge and understanding of a range of the leading
IT software solutions for these processes;
