Substitute students can be provided at anytime prior to the commencement of the course without a fee being incurred.
- Students who fail to attend a course without providing any advance notification will incur the full cost of the course despite non-attendance.

Candidate Assistance
ProActive’s examination institute, the Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB) seeks to provide equal access to the ISEB examinations for all candidates, ensuring that there are no unnecessary barriers and that any reasonable adjustments for candidates preserve the validity, reliability and integrity of the qualification. ISEB will endeavour to accommodate the needs of candidates with a particular examination requirement, according to individual circumstances, ensuring such candidates are not disadvantaged in relation to other candidates and that certificates accurately reflect candidate attainment.
Applications for reasonable adjustments will be individually considered and decisions may vary according to the exact nature of the candidate’s everyday needs and usual method of working. This includes appeals for extra time during the certification exam if English is not the first language of a candidate. Please contact ProActive to discuss your options. If applicable, the request for reasonable adjustment must be made in writing to ProActive Services who will present the request to the ISEB. The appropriate forms are available from ProActive Services. Please note that requests must be sent to the ISEB a minimum of one week before the examination date.
