The course was extremely well structured allowing the group to not only cover the syllabus in detail but also discuss current issues and projects, enabling us to take the benefits straight back into the business. Recently I undertook the ITIL V3 Manager's Certificate Bridge course and found it to be very beneficial. Prior to the course I received the CBT module which was an excellent introduction to the course, it was easy to follow and allowed me to concentrate on the key learning areas. The course itself was delivered simply, structured and unambiguous. The content provided in the course was easy to understand and assisted greatly in demystifying the somewhat confusing ITIL V3 books particularly the Service Strategy book.
