Intermediate Certificates

“I have recently completed the ITIL Operational Support and Analysis Certificate held by ProActive services. I found that everything involved was professional, relaxed and supportive, from the rooms used to the other members of the course.

One of the key elements to me was the small group who were encouraged by [the trainer] to share their experiences as did he, which was extremely valuable. We were able to discuss real life situations, relate them back to the course and ITIL procedures, which helped me understand the course content much more than if it had just been a lecture. [The trainer] was keen to have us ask questions which we did and this helped greatly with understanding.

I certainly recommend the ProActive course to anyone interested in doing it”
Carolyn Lankow, Datacom New Zealand

What i really enjoyed about the (RC&V) course was listening to other people/organisations experiences around release and change management and how they had learnt from mistakes, what worked well for them how they would have done it differently. These were real life experiences that I could take and use in my organisation as well as validating some of our own processes against good practice.                                                                                                                      Peter Yates, Auckland City Council

"I recently attended the Operational Support & Analysis course offered by ProActive Services. The course content itself was very interesting and relevant to my work, however the real value was in the trainer's in-depth knowledge and ability to relate the theory to real life situations. In particular, the trainer consistently demonstrated how the theory applies to examples from the course attendees' work situations. This was an extremely valuable experience in that we were all exposed to the way that ITIL applies to several completely different organisational structures. The calibre of the ProActive Services trainers is what really sets the company apart - I look forward to attending more courses in the future!"
Nemanja Jovanovic, The Treasury - Australian Government

"We at IAG are always attempting to improve our ITIL processes. After attending the Operational Support and Analysis course we have been able to implement the one percenters that has helped us to mature our Major Incident Management process. We have a list of improvements that we took from the course that we are looking at implementing in the near future."
Anuj Kumar, IAG

“I had the privilege of recently attending the “ ITIL Version 3 Intermediate Certificate - Service Offerings & Agreements” training offered by ProActive Services in Melbourne. The trainer was highly proactive in his approach and emphasised subtle points with real life examples from industry. The material provided was precise to the point and succinctly presented.

Significant understanding is imparted by including participants during the training. The course has provided sound knowledge of the ITIL principles and expanded them with techniques to apply those principles in real life.

I would highly recommend this course to any one associated with the delivery of IT services, more so to those pursuing ITIL Version 3 implementation.”
Sarma Karra, Department of Defence, Materials Systems Branch

"I did enjoy the ITIL V3 Release Control and Validation course. The course emphasis is on end to end release management which a lot of organisations don't do very well. This course is very valuable and helped me a lot implementing release management on an enterprise level."
Malik Khan, Inland Revenue Department

"The service received and courses presented by ProActive as a whole are exceptional. Having recently passed with a fantastic result for the ProActive ITIL OS&A Course, I would have no hesitation recommending them. The course content, and the way it is delivered by the trainers is outstanding. I personally found the wide range of group discussions and group assignments great, being able to share real life experiences, giving you the ability to relate the topics to your organisation and gain knowledge to take back to the workplace."                                                                                                   Julia Park, Wellington City Council
