V3 Training Update

Over the last few months we have been excited to see more and more people realise the benefits of undertaking ITIL V3 Intermediate level training, with great customer feedback across a number of our courses.

Not only has the feedback been great, but the quality of our training has been once again reflected in our exam pass rates, which are consistently higher than the ISEB' s worldwide average:

The increase in the demand for the Capabilities group of courses has provided us with the opportunity to offer new courses in new locations, as well as develop alternative training mediums and a range of post-course services aimed at assisting organisations carry out specific project plans. For example, we have just introduced the Capabilities course “ Planning, Protection and Optimisation” (PP& O) to our public training schedule (courses begin early 2010), and we are also pleased to be running Operational Support and Analysis in Hobart in early December!

As well as our commitment to delivering premium ITIL training in the classroom, we are also dedicated to students' ability to apply their learning in the workplace. To assist students in getting the most out of their Capabilities training, ProActive offer a range of post-course services designed to assist students in overcoming training-related challenges. These services also include the opportunity for ProActive to guide the student through specific projects, with the aim of achieving measurable outcomes.

Whilst it is well known that we offer these types of courses as part of our public schedule, we also offer Capabilities courses on-site for groups of 8 more, which is a very cost-effective and worthwhile alternative in terms of team building and communication. Tailored training without the certificate is also available either in face-to-face or on-line (Computer Based Training) options. Many organisations are now looking at CBT as it is extremely cost and time effective and it also benefits organisations that are geographically disbursed or have a large number of staff out of the office at one time.
